1. Who we are
Yumica Ltd (“Yumica”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the applications and websites we operate. Our registered details are listed at the bottom of this page. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Data we process
Depending on the application and the features you use, we may process: device and diagnostic data (device model, operating system version, crash reports), usage analytics in aggregated or pseudonymised form, purchase and subscription status provided to us by Apple or Google, and any information you voluntarily send us — for example the content of a support request. We do not sell personal data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and maintain the functionality of our applications, to process purchases and restore entitlements, to diagnose crashes and improve stability, to measure the performance of our marketing, and to respond to enquiries. Under the GDPR our legal bases are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our products, and your consent where consent is required.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use third-party processors to operate our applications, which may include hosting, crash reporting, analytics, subscription management and attribution providers. These providers act on our instructions under agreements that restrict their use of the data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or your local supervisory authority.
7. Account and data deletion
Where an application provides a user account, you can request deletion of that account and the personal data associated with it by sending a request from your registered email address to [email protected] with the name of the application. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. Data that we are required to keep by applicable accounting or tax law is retained for the statutory period and then deleted. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies.
8. Children
Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the mobile applications, websites and related services provided by Yumica Ltd. By downloading, installing or using one of our applications you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications for your own private purposes, in accordance with these terms and with the rules of the app store from which you obtained the application. All intellectual property rights in the applications and their content remain with Yumica Ltd or its licensors.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our applications, not to circumvent technical restrictions or payment mechanisms, not to use the applications for unlawful purposes or in breach of third-party rights, and not to interfere with the security or availability of our services.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some applications offer paid features or auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its own policy; we will assist where we can, but we cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we may release updates that are required for continued use. We do not warrant that our applications will be available without interruption or free of errors.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Our applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the applications is limited to the amount you paid to us, or through the relevant app store for the application, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Termination
You may stop using our applications at any time by deleting them from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
